DELIVERY
We deliver to UK mainland destinations. European and other destinations may be possible but additional delivery charges will apply, please contact us in advance for a quote. We aim to process orders and deliver goods to you within five working days. We will contact you should for any reason your item is out of stock or delayed and offer you either a revised delivery date or refund.

NO QUIBBLE GUARANTEE
For your extra peace of mind all purchases are covered by our 14 day exchange or money back guarantee (excluding any carriage charges incurred). If you change your mind for whatever reason, return the unused item(s) in their original packaging to Drivemycamper (address below) and we will be pleased to offer you an exchange or refund.

PRICES & VAT
All prices on the web site are in Pounds Sterling and include VAT at the existing rate.

PAYMENT
Payment can be made securely using MasterCard, Visa, Switch, Solo, Delta or Paypal.

PART DELIVERY / DAMAGED GOODS
All your goods should arrive in perfect condition, however, if you do receive any goods that appear to be faulty or damaged, Drivemycamper must be advised within 72 hours of receipt.

RETURNS PROCEDURE
All returnable goods must be reported to Drivemycamper. Goods returned without any notice may not be accepted. Carriage charges are non refundable unless goods are faulty.

STATUTORY RIGHTS
These terms and conditions do not affect your statutory rights as a customer.
